What if I can't optimize the route?

Whenever you are unable to optimize routes, it could be possible due to some issues that need to be fixed at the earliest. Here is what can be done.

  1. Make sure you are using the updated version of the ‘Upper for driver’ app for your Android or iOS device. If not, update your app and try optimizing routes again.

  2. Recheck whether the entered stops are in the same region and country or not. If found, edit the stop and then optimize the route.
